Greg has developed expertise through a 10-year career in Learning & Development, despite taking a break from the L&D space when he ventured into various business and service roles. Coming back to L&D in 2018 following 10 years at Johnson & Johnson, he has spent the last 5 years developing and leading various service areas of J&Js globalized and centralized L&D organisation knowns as the JJ Learn Global Service Center and culminating with the implementation of the J&J Learn ecosystem in 2022.
With over 15 years of experience at Johnson & Johnson in Finance, Procurement and Learning, Greg has been able to make valuable connections with J&Js business partners to understand the needs of a broad range of learning and development requirements. Additionally, Greg has worked in BPO and SSC environments for over 20 years which has given him a keen eye for utilizing data, increasing efficiencies, and driving better experiences using technology and has spent the last 5 years partnering with our digital teams to implement IA and AI solutions within learning at the J&J Learn GSC.
In his current role, Greg leads the JJL GSC Support organisation servicing over 200 L&D and training teams at J&J and his team provides both centralised services and support as well as consultation to L&D partners in all J&J operating companies. By centralising processes, J&J Learn GSC has been able to automate work, feed our J&J Learn ecosystem impactful and meaningful data and leverage automation to ensure the employees of J&J are focused and empowered to change the trajectory for health for humanity by delivering personalized and focussed learning and development opportunities.
