Regina is currently the Product Manager at Bayer, leading digital transformation and IT product platform initiatives since October 2023. Prior to this role, she served as a Project Manager at IAV GmbH, where she oversaw technical project coordination and HR/IT consulting. Regina also brings extensive experience from her time at PwC, where she excelled as an HR Business Advisor and Consultant, specializing in strategic HR matters and management consulting, particularly in HR IT and transformation projects. With a proven track record of driving organizational change and fostering digital innovation, Regina is skilled in building strategic partnerships and delivering impactful solutions across diverse industries.
