Generative AI is revolutionizing the way we work at Bosch. The recent highlight: we have created AI assistance in various forms, including our own generative AI system “ASKBosch” in collaboration with OpenAI, comparable to ChatGPT. We are exploring multiple use cases, from checking legal documents to providing codes and creating articles for internal communication. However, the question is in the room: how can we create successful and effective collaboration for communication purposes between humans and AI? Or will AI replace communication?

Uta is a communication and portfolio manager at Bosch. Communication strategies and concepts for the transition towards a digital working culture are her main topics. With more than 20 years experiences in diverse communication functions she provides a broad strategic and operative expertise, especially in internal communication. In her career she worked at Sennheiser, HypoVereinsbank, Bavaria Film Interactive. With an Executive MBA in Communication & Leadership at TU Munich her focus is to implement communication as a business driver.
For over 20 years, Krystina Bień has been professionally involved in the IT industry. He is a passionate advocate of new technologies that improve work comfort, adapting new technological solutions in the digital realm (AI, RPA, IoT, XR, etc.) to current organizational processes.
He has participated in IT projects in various roles: programmer, implementer, consultant, designer, analyst, architect, project manager, senior IT business partner – gaining comprehensive industry experience. The practical knowledge he has acquired has allowed him to participate in the largest IT projects for companies in the IT sector as well as Public Institutions, both in Poland and abroad. He is an expert at the Future Industry Platform Foundation in the fields of AI and AR. He has participated in various working groups established by State Institutions to develop specific recommendations for areas such as IoT, AI, Data Governance, etc.
He is a graduate of the MSc at the Poznan University of Technology and the MBA program at the Lublin University of Technology and a Ph.D. candidate at Kozminski University, specializing in the quality assessment of IT processes. He has completed numerous courses and training in project management and methodologies for analyzing and designing IT systems. He is a speaker at many ICT conferences organized in Poland and abroad and the author of numerous scientific publications.
