Internal communications without measuring is like shooting at the sky – you never know what target you’ll hit! That’s why when we couldn’t find the right tool to fit our measurement needs, we developed our own platform which we named CommImpact. We are now able to measure unique views of a specific communication across our main internal comms channels – with the ability to zoom in on metrics for a specific organisation within our company or geography, or both, in an anonymised way. It has informed our communications strategy going forward and helped us improve our content and channel experience for employees.
